Life and Memories is designed for a beautiful photograph-led tribute. Choose Life and Memories Plus when you need more photographs, personal video clips, story chapters, a second soundtrack or additional family collaborators.
Can we create the tribute in more than one language?
Yes. Both packages support multilingual creation. You can use more than one language in the same tribute and request help translating only the selected words or passages while leaving the rest unchanged.
Can family and friends contribute?
Yes. Your package includes private family collaboration, and visitors can share written memories and photographs. Plus also supports visitor video contributions. You review contributions before anything appears on the Tribute Page.
What music can we use?
You can choose from the full Life & Memories curated library or upload a personal track you have permission to use. Life and Memories includes one soundtrack; Life and Memories Plus includes up to two.
Is our project private?
Your creation project and incoming family contributions are private. The purchaser decides what is included and what can appear on the Tribute Page.
What is a final remake?
After you submit the project, you receive a proof to check. If something needs correcting after finalisation, Life and Memories includes one final remake and Life and Memories Plus includes two.
What happens after the 12-month Tribute Page period?
Before the included hosting period ends, we will contact the organiser with options and provide a way to download the available Tribute Page content.
What happens immediately after purchase?
You will receive a secure link to begin your project.
What if I change my mind?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If personalised production has not begun, we can cancel your order and arrange a refund. Once work on your tribute has started, any refund will depend on how much work has already been completed. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
Can I upgrade to Life and Memories Plus after purchasing?
Yes. Contact us before your tribute is finalised and we will help you upgrade. You will only need to pay the difference between Life and Memories and Life and Memories Plus, after which the additional Plus features will become available in your project.
